This is a major component of learning, knowledge management and communication. It involves Rapid Rural Appraisals (RRA), Participatory Rural Appraisals (PRA) and Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) with the use of Immersion Approach to conducting baselines, community diagnostic studies, monitoring and evaluation to determine progress, challenges, lessons and learning from project activities.
