Leadership Exceptional Attributes Required for Nigeria (LEARN)

Leadership Exceptional Attributes Required for Nigeria (LEARN) is a product of longitudinal research on how to build capacities required for leadership in Nigeria. It will explore the origins and principles of leadership while building the skills and competencies required for servant leadership. The LEARN is divided into five (5) components:
1. Classroom based one on one or virtual trainings
2. Placement in an organization to learn practical skills
3. Field activities to put into practice all the learning and lessons
4. CV review, cover letters, proposal development and business planning
5. Mentorship support for all participants during the LEARN process.
